Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all available inventories of all payment adjustments made due to an unacceptable assessment of compliance with standards in association with Contract 696-PF-11-13-C064 between the State of Texas and Corrections Corporation of America for operations related to the Bartlett, Bradshaw, Dawson, Lindsey, and Willacy State Jails. [Please see Exhibit J.6, http://contracts.lbb.state.tx.us/PDFDisplay.aspx?aid=696&cid=696-PF-11-13-C064&amdid=0&att=3]. Please include all available segregable data, including but not limited to the standard that was violated, the estimated payment adjustment based on the number of violation days or other metrics, subsequent invoice amounts, etc.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
