Under the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records within 10 days per statute: Any records regarding officeholder and candidate: Current Madison County Texas District Attorney Brian Risinger who held office.

I allow for the editing of information which is not able to be released under statute. No documents should be withheld, but only if necessary, information not able to be released under law may be edited.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
If there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The requested records should include but not be limited to the following:
1. Campaign finance, contributions and expenditure reports
2. Personal Financial Statements
3. Any corrected reports or statements
4. Any letters or correspondence to or from the Texas Ethics Commission that are specifically addressing or referencing the requested individual. This would exclude any generic informational notices regarding filing deadlines or other news that the Commission sends to groups of filer types, such as all judicial candidates and officeholders (JCOH)

If you do not maintain these records I would appreciate it if you could direct me to the appropriate organization which would maintain the records I seek.
