All Body Cam/All Audio Recordings of Arrest of Eugene Irvin III on 4/14/2021 (Texas Department of Public Safety)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

This request is for ALL body cam/dash cam/audio recordings of all agencies present during the pursuit of and termination point of arrest of Eugene Irvin III, including, but not limited to The Lewisville PD, Denton County PD, and Texas Department of Public Safety on 4/14/2021 at approximately 11:30 p.m. in Lewisville, Texas, at the intersections of Cross Timbers Road and Everett Drive.

This includes specifically Lewisville Police Department Officers Plybon, Officer Collins, Officer Slye and Officer Thompson, Texas DPS Officers Tyler Ross (15128), Justin Diaz (15184), Jared Richey (14783) and Alejandro Guerrero (15072) on 4/14/2021.

This request also includes any other Lewisville Officers, Detectives, Denton County Officers, Detectives, Texas Department of Safety Officers not listed on the incident report, but may have participated in the said incident.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
