Tennessee Open Records Law - Hedge Fund Request

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. A list of ALL hedge funds and fund of hedge funds in which Chattanooga Fire and Police Pension Fund is an investor; and

2. For each hedge fund and fund of hedge funds, may I please have a copy of any records that would show some or all of the following information:
a. the month by month market value of Chattanooga Fire and Police Pension Fund's holding in each fund since the Chattanooga Fire and Police Pension Fund initial investment in hedge funds to June-30-2018,
b. the month by month amount invested by Chattanooga Fire and Police Pension Fund in each fund since the Chattanooga Fire and Police Pension Fund initial investment in hedge funds to June-30-2018,
c. the month by month net returns (net of fees) earned by Chattanooga Fire and Police Pension Fund on its investment in each fund since the Chattanooga Fire and Police Pension Fund initial investment in hedge funds to June-30-2018

Thank you very much for your attention to this request. In the event that Chattanooga Fire and Police Pension Fund has no such investments, a simple note to this effect will suffice.  I understand that I may be charged for the cost of the copies requested, and agree to pay these charges. 

For your convenience I have attached a document (attachment 1), which shows examples of each category, as requested in paragraphs 1-2 above, and shows the type of information that we are receiving from public pension plans in response to Freedom of Information Act requests.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
