State employee salary data

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Tennessee Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the state of Tennessee's public employee salary data for the fiscal year 2019, which includes the following:
- Employee's full names
- Job titles
- Departments/agencies
- Hiring date
- Employment type (full/part time) and weekly hours, if available
- Gross annual wages
- Annual salaries/hourly wages (or wages for a different increment of time, such as monthly or biweekly wages, if accurate)
- Overtime pay
- Other pay (reimbursement, benefits, etc.)

Please share a copy of this dataset with me in either a .csv or .xls format. If there are any tip sheets or data dictionaries to help interpret the data, please send these to me as well.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.
