To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. All documents signed with procurement software or software that supports RFI, RFQ, RFP your agency uses from the years 2017 and 2020.
2. Any policies, guidelines, manuals and/or instructions on the agency’s procurement process, including information about the agency’s RFP/RFQ thresholds.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
We've received the public records request you submitted this morning.
Tennessee state law directs that eligible public records be provided on request to any citizen of Tennessee. So that we can devote more resources to serving our taxpayers, we must respectfully decline requests from residents of other states.
If someone from your organization who is a Tennessee resident would like to resubmit the request on your behalf, feel free to use our online form available at https://www.tn.gov/generalservices/about-dgs/public-records-requests.html.
Thank you for your understanding.
