Thank you for your interest in public records of the Tennessee Department of Correction. Your request was received in this office on 3/14/2022 and given the reference number P379113-031422 for tracking purposes.
Records Requested: To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

The most recent version of any list of suggested employers which is distributed by parole, probation and other supervision officers to their supervisees in the Department's Nashville offices.

While the requested documents are public record and an explanation of their use is not required, I want to let you know that these records will be used to add context to reporting on a federal business tax credit. The records are not being requested to shame or denigrate second-chance employment practices. Additionally, this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
