Hello,

The request copied below was originally sent to the national OSHA FOIA office and was forwarded to your office for processing. I received a letter in September stating that there are 77 pages of responsive documents available and that I may receive them as PDFs on a compact disc for a fee of $35.70. I would like to accept this option and inform you that a check in the requested amount has been placed in the mail.

Thank you very much for your help.

Best wishes,
Beryl C.D. Lipton

You keep sending these "follow ups", another was received today. The requestor was notified of the costs upon receipt of the initial request. Four months later the requestor paid for the records. Most importantly, the records were shipped the next day to the address provided on the request.

This is the 3rd time I've sent an email into a void of unresponsiveness. I would call or fax, but no other method of communication is provided. Every effort has been made to assist you even though the public records act applies solely to citizens of the state of Tennessee.

Any further communications received from requests@muckrock.com<mailto:requests@muckrock.com> will be discarded as spam.

Numerous responses to this same request have been provided over, and over, and over again.
Ms. Lipton and I have corresponded via telephone, she indicated the duplicate request was submitted in error.
Your automated responses are ineffective, time consuming for the recipient, and the cost spent responding to them born solely by the taxpayers of the State of Tennessee.

As always if you have questions, my contact information follows.
