Middle Tennessee State Men’s Basketball Summer Tour 2019 to the Dominican Republic

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting a copy of the contract signed between the Middle Tennessee State Men’s Basketball Athletic program and the vendor who will provide services for the 2019 Middle Tennessee State Men’s Basketball tour to the Dominican Republic from August 10 to August 17. If available, I am also requesting a copy of the final itinerary for the trip.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
