Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. The contract between the department and the New Century Foundation (dba American Renaissance) for use of Montgomery Bell Inn & Conference Center on May 17-19, 2019.
2. Any emails or other correspondence during 2019 between the department and New Century Foundation.
3. Any emails or other correspondence between the department and other state agencies (e.g. Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Tennessee Highway Patrol) regarding security arrangements for the May 17-19 American Renaissance conference.
4. Any emails or other correspondence between the department and local law enforcement agencies (e.g. the Dickson County Sheriff's Department) regarding the May 17-19 American Renaissance conference.
5. The permit for the protest rally/press conference scheduled for May 18 at Montgomery Bell State Park.

6. The contract between the department and the Council of Conservative Citizens and/or the American Freedom Party for use of Montgomery Bell Inn & Conference Center on June 28-30, 2019 for the Nationalist Solutions Conference.
7. Any emails or other correspondence during 2019 between the department and the Council or Conservative Citizens or American Freedom Party.
8. Any emails or other correspondence between the department and other state agencies (e.g. Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Tennessee Highway Patrol) regarding security arrangements for the June 28-30 Nationalist Solutions Conference.
9. Any emails or other correspondence between the department and local law enforcement agencies (e.g. the Dickson County Sheriff's Department) regarding the June 28-30 Nationalist Solutions Conference.
10. The permit for the protest rally/press conference scheduled for June 19 at Montgomery Bell State Park.

11. The contract between the department and the Southern National Congress for use of Montgomery Bell Inn & Conference Center on Nov. 2-3, 2018.
12. Any emails or other correspondence during 2018 or 2019 between the department and the Southern National Congress.
13. Any emails or other correspondence between the department and other state agencies (e.g. Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Tennessee Highway Patrol) regarding security arrangements for the Southern National Congress conference on Nov. 2-3, 2018.
14. Any emails or other correspondence between the department and local law enforcement agencies (e.g. the Dickson County Sheriff's Department) regarding the Southern National Congress.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.
