Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code ยงยง 6250), I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for all documents related to the Temple City contract with Quickbase to purchase Quickbase permitting software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

I apologize, I provided you with incorrect information.
Attached please find documents responsive to the Quickbase public records request. We do not have an agreement with Quickbase. They are a web-based software service with fixed pricing and standard Terms of Service that apply to all of their users.
Attached are the Terms of Service, a description of the plans available, and the three invoices we have received since signing up for the service last year (2 annual invoices and 1 invoice to add additional users mid-year).
