Good afternoon,

I apologize, I provided you with incorrect information.

Attached please find documents responsive to the Quickbase public records request. We do not have an agreement with Quickbase. They are a web-based software service with fixed pricing and standard Terms of Service that apply to all of their users.

Attached are the Terms of Service, a description of the plans available, and the three invoices we have received since signing up for the service last year (2 annual invoices and 1 invoice to add additional users mid-year). Please feel free to call or email me should you have any questions. Thank you.
