Hello Ms. Brock,

Thank you so much for your messages. I'm interested in all available materials, for as long as they've been kept. I believe this would extend to before T. Don Hutto Residential Center's opening in 2006. Please let me know how I can further clarify this request; I understand the time span may result in multiple records locations.

Thanks again!
Beryl

Hello Ms. Whitlow,

Thanks so much for your message. I'm essentially looking for all communications between representatives of the town (including the police department) and any representatives of CCA, as well as any communications that might mention CCA. I'd be happy to give you a call, if that might help. This request encompasses a number of city departments; I'm not clear on whether it was also forwarded elsewhere or only to you.

Thanks again!
Beryl
