From: Megan Moore

The case for Courtney Kelley is completed. I would like to carry out my request for that case specifically. I do understand that the case for Robert Echols is still pending. I’m happy with the results of nothing in the matter of Mr. Echols.

Should I file a new/separate request for the documents in Ms. Kelley’s file?

From: Megan Moore

The Courtney Kelley case in my request is finished. She has finished with all of her time on this matter. I would like to get my request per this defendant filed and filled.

Should I file a separate request?

From: Tarrant County District Attorney

Good afternoon,

Attached are copies of this office’s responses to your request regarding both defendants. Because we never heard back from you after Ms. Louden asked for your agreement on May 11th and May 20th to allow the redaction of certain pieces of information in the requested documents relating to case 1541404, we had to ask for an Attorney General ruling to withhold that material.

If you are agreeable to allowing this office to redact or withhold material that is confidential or excepted from public release as described in the May 11th and May 20th e-mails, please let us know and we can withdraw the request for an Attorney General ruling and provide you with the material from case 1541404 that is publicly releasable.

Regards,
Mark Kratovil
