Specifically, I am requesting:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
We received your request, and we will be happy to provide any documents that are responsive. However, could you please clarify your request.
When you reference "a trip between" Tampa PD and the ADL, what exactly are you referring to?
Also, please clarify what you mean when you refer to "similar trips" and "other offices."
I'm stating the the Tampa PD went to Israel for the Anti-Defamation League National Counter-Terrorism Seminar. This trip is usually paid for by the ADL, and the police department often fills out registration forms, receives tickets of completion for each officer that attended, and there are often tickets and itenararies for the trip. For the Chicago Police Department, we found e-mails between CPD and a gentleman named Elise Jarvis from the ADL in correspondence with them pertaining to the trip over e-mail. You may see the documents released from CPD here: https://cdn.muckrock.com/foia_files/2018/03/28/P434369__________REDACTED_FINAL_REPORTS.pdf
As for similar trips, the ADL hosts this event every year, so there might be multiple trips that police officers have made to this seminar, and we are seeking documents for each year pertaining to these trips. If you need more clarification or need technical assistance in searching through metadata for e-mails pertaining to this request, I would be more than happy to oblige.
For other offices, there may be coordination between the Tampa PD and another police department, like the local county police department pertaining to this trip. We are seeking documents pertaining to communication between the two police departments pertaining to the ADL/ADL trip mentioned previously.
That makes sense. Thanks for clarifying.
