b. What is the annual cost for this software? For FY 19/20 the invoice was for $25,034.58
c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin? We are on one (1) year agreements with Bonfire at this time with the new agreement going into effect for 7/1/20-6/30/2021
d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP?
We utilize Bonfire for the entire RFP process and the fees we pay encompass this and contract storage.
