service log for jury pool room on 2nd floor of suffolk superior court

Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66, §10, I hereby request the following records:

Request the log of maintenance for the jury pool room on second floor for December 2012 and Jan 2013 especially in regards to any service activity to correct the buzzing sound coming from the speaker system in that room

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

What office is responsible for the maintenance of the building in the Suffolk court house? If that is not know then what party employs the maintenance personal that the court officers summoned to inspect the problem?

Dear Office of the Jury Commissioner,

I wanted to follow up on this request for clarification on this old request. The Suffolk court said to check with the office of the jury commissioner for the maintenance records for the jury room. You stated that the office of the jury commissioner does not maintain the jury rooms. What office or department is responsible for the maintenance of the jury waiting rooms? Someone has to maintain them, so I am trying to determine where that responsibility falls, so that this request can be forwarded onto them. There was a particular problem with that room on the day I was there, and am very interested in knowing if the numerous complaints where ever addressed.
