In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello, Jasper.

I am sending you this email in the hopes that we can, once and for all, receive the correct mailing address for you and your colleagues at Muckrock.com.

Your organization has sent numerous FOIA requests, which we have answered and mailed out, only to have them return in their original packaging with messaging stating that they were undeliverable.

It would seem that an organization that is as active in requesting mailings as yours is would work with the parties from whom you have requested information from in providing a mailing address that is both accurate and deliverable to.

In any case, if you could share this email with your colleagues, it would be most helpful. We endeavor to provide the materials that you, and all organizations exercising the rights bestowed by the mandate of the FOIA request, however we are trying to reduce the waste incurred by the utilization of mailing materials that are later returned unopened and the expenditure of man hours dedicated to repeated repackaging and resending of the same materials to an unmailable address.

Please help us with this so that we can A) deliver the materials that you seek and B) deliver the materials in an expedient and efficient manner that works for all parties.

Thank you,

Peter
