From: Suffolk County Sheriff's Department

Good afternoon,

I am following up on our conversation from last Friday, June 23 and want to confirm that the Department currently has not processed the ADP data you requested and therefore needs to process its data. The Department does not keep ADP be ages and therefore needs to process the raw data files to find out the ADP, thus, the estimated time to process this request is 6 hours. I understand you stated other Sheriff's Departments have provided you with the ADP information, but this is how the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department maintains its data.

Thank you,

Jordan Elizabeth Mitchell, Esq.

Good afternoon Attorney Mitchell:

Thank you for providing this update. In order to reduce the processing time on your end, would it be possible to narrow the request to a one day count of how many 18-21 year olds were in your custody on April 1, 2023?

Please let me know if this helps simplify the request, and thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.

Sincerely,
