Good morning:

Your email has been forwarded to Media and Community Relations Assistant Director Tim Kelley who serves as the City's FOIA Officer. Thank you!

Erika S. Dawley, MMC
City Clerk

From: City of Suffolk FOIA

This office is in receipt of your request for records made in accordance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act (ยง 2.2-3700 et seq.) dated June 12, 2020, initially provided to the Suffolk City Council email account, wherein you requested
"All documents signed with procurement software or software to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP this agency uses or used in the past five years."

The City's Purchasing Division noted that the City does not use any procurement software to create or publish RFI, RFQ, RFP. We do use Demandstar and eVa to distribute our solicitations and there is no cost for the City to use them and no contact. Additionally it was noted the City does not use our ERP to manage the process.

Therefore, there are no responsive records to your FOIA records as they do not exist.
