Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
For all requests below please provide records for the last 20 years as available.
For all requests below please provide records pertaining to the following positions: Director of Child Support Services, DCSS Attorneys, Chief Attorneys, Child Support Supervisors, and Child Support Officers.
- Please provide copies of any and all employee information, courses, trainings, manuals, guidebooks, policies, procedures, etc that address how to fulfill job requirements ethically.
- Please provide copies of any and all employee information, courses, trainings, manuals, guidebooks, policies, procedures, etc that address how to fulfill job requirements without causing harm to the life, liberty, or property of any person, man, woman, or their offspring.
- Please provide copies of any and all employee information, courses, trainings, manuals, guidebooks, policies, procedures, etc regarding how to respect and/or protect the rights of families, fathers, mothers, and children.
- Please provide copies of job qualification requirements, hiring guidelines, or screening evaluations available for the positions mentioned above.
- Please provide copies of any continuing education requirements including hours, frequency, topics, etc imposed by Stanislaus County upon those holding the positions mentioned above.
- Please provide copies of any ethics trainings, courses, reading, etc requirements including hours, frequency, topics, etc imposed by Stanislaus County upon those holding the positions mentioned above.
- Please provide copies of any oaths required by Stanislaus County for anyone serving in the positions mentioned above.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, please inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I prefer the request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if possible, or CD-ROM if not.
