Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Please provide all Video from the public accessible lobby of the Stamford Police Headquarters located at 725 Bedford Street Stamford Connecticut between the hours of 12pm and 5pm on 3/21/2023. Please provide all reports of all arrests, police reports for crimes committed in the Police Headquarters Lobby for the dates cited above.
I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. ยง 1-212(d), fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to the public at MuckRock.com.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 4 business days, as the statute requires.

Please be advised that the FOI Act authorizes charging fees for the production of both hard-copy and electronic documents. The fees are payable IN ADVANCE by check made out to the City of Stamford. THE CITY DOES NOT AGREE TO WAIVE FEES AUTHORIZED BY THE FOI ACT. At such time as the Police Department has completed amassing documents, we will notify you of the amount of the fees and the to whom payment should be mailed.
