HB7 Impact: St. Petersburg College (Second Survey)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. A copy of any guidance, information, or policies distributed by St. Petersburg College's administration, the State of Florida, or any other governmental authority to faculty or staff concerning House Bill 7 or Fla. Stat. § 1000.05(4). This request is limited to records generated on or after June 13, 2022.

This request is identical to an earlier request and is intended to seek records generated or located since that request.

This request is part of a survey being conducted of every public university or college in Florida. Please note that this request does not seek a search of faculty or student email accounts or records. These requests should in no way be construed to include a review or search of email accounts, websites, or other forms of data or document retention which are controlled by students, alumni, or faculty members, nor by governmental or advisory bodies controlled by the same, except insofar as any such individuals also serve in an administrative capacity and the records were created or are held by the individual in that capacity. Any search should be limited to documents held by the administration and/or its staff members, including records created or maintained by persons acting in the capacity of administrators or staff members.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
