Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. A copy of any guidance, information, or policies distributed by St. Petersburg College's administration, the State of Florida, or any other governmental authority to faculty or staff concerning House Bill 7 or Fla. Stat. § 1000.05(4). This request is limited to records generated on or after January 1, 2022.

This request is part of a survey being conducted of every public university or college in Florida. Please note that this request does not seek a search of faculty or student email accounts or records.
