Pursuant to the The Kansas Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Copies of any lease, since January 1, 2010, with or for the benefit of the Pottawatomie Wabaunsee Regional Library, and any conditions or riders to said lease.
2. Copies of any lease between the City of St. Mary's and any other entity which includes a "morals" clause. This request is limited to any lease entered into on or after January 1, 2017.
3. Copies of any draft or proposed lease with or for the Pottawatomie Wabaunsee Regional Library proposed or sent on or after January 1, 2022.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Good morning,
1. Copies of any lease, since January 1, 2010, with or for the benefit

Attached are the lease agreements from 2013 - 2022 that were available. I
will be searching further for the 2010 - 2012 lease agreements (as they may
have been transferred to archives).
2. Copies of any lease between the City of St. Mary's and any other
entity which includes a "morals" clause. This request is limited to any
lease entered into on or after January 1, 2017.

3. Copies of any draft or proposed lease with or for the Pottawatomie

No lease has been proposed or sent beyond what is attached.
