To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting records in relation to Pamela Marie Hupp, a resident of O'Fallon, Missouri. Her crimes for which she was convicted for are located in: Fenton, Missouri and Troy, Missouri!

I am requesting the following records:
1) Any and all interrogation footage
2) Any and all crime scene photos
3) Any and all 911 call transcripts or audio files
4) Any and all complete bodycam footage with appropriate redactions to comply with exemptions
5) Any and All police cam footage
6) Any and all evidence photos
7) Any and all CCTV/surveillance footage
7) And lastly, any and all available case files.

I am requesting this pursuant to the public records act with all appropriate redactions. This information needs to be made available to the public because it is in the public's interest to visually examine the digital files with this case.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
