Good afternoon Mr. Larson:
A query of the address you provided (97 N. Outer Road, Eureka, Missouri 63025---I am unclear as to the 1628 reference) has revealed two incidents. One incident is a destruction of property call which is an active investigation; therefore, the investigative report is a closed record pursuant to Section 610.100.2 (2), R.S.Mo. The second is an extra patrol for which no investigative report was prepared. In reference to the call for destruction of property, the incident report is an open record pursuant to Section 610.100.2 (1), R.S.Mo. as is the Call for Service report for the noted extra patrol.
The fee for each report is $6.50 for a total of $13.00. We accept cash, credit cards (in person only) and checks or money orders (payable to St. Louis County). It can be sent to the address below my signature. Please send it to my attention along with a copy of this email. We can begin to process your request once payment is received.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Regards,
Lieutenant Francis Gomez

Lieutenant Gomez,
Thank you for your swift reply. Can you provide me with any further information on the destruction of property call report?
Thanks,

Good morning Mr. Larson:
The only information available for an active investigation would be information included in the incident report (as noted in my response to you on Friday, October 19, 2018) such as date, time, location, name of victim and immediate circumstances surrounding the incident (i.e. destruction of property).
Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions.
