Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
All police records, call logs and/or incident reports pertaining to any incidents or complaints received from or in reference to the Alsana / Castlewood Treatment Center, located at 1260 St. Paul Road, Ballwin, MO 63021, from January 1, 2018, until the present time.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Irene! So, I took a look at the CAD (calls for service) list and discovered 15 reports taken that were on that list. Are you wanting all 15 reports? If so, we will be charging $16.17/hr to review each report - OR - I can charge you $6.50 for the CAD list and you can go through and determine which reports you want and we can review which reports you are wanting for the $16.15/hr.
Please advise at your earliest convenience.
