St. Louis County Jail Commissions (County Executive)

Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

I request the most current/active inmate phone service provider contract, and any proposed/draft contracts with Securus referenced by St. Louis County Executive Sam Page here: https://www.stltoday.com/news/local/govt-and-politics/page-wants-to-eliminate-some-fees-for-inmates-at-the/article_c795e443-eb9f-5a17-96ec-b6d599af7741.html.

This request has been sent to both the County Executive office and St. Louis County Department of Justin Services as I am not sure which is the applicable department for the draft/proposed contract with Securus.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
