Your request for documents "detailing Professional Law Enforcement Training courses co-sponsored or contracted by the St. Louis County & Municipal Police Academy. This includes a copy of sponsorship agreements or contracts, preceding and subsequent correspondence between the Academy and PLET, internal memos referencing PLET, and any other relevant materials, such as advertisements, course syllabi, attendance records, etc." has been processed.

The research costs are three hours at $23.74 per hour ($71.22) plus $.10 per page at 136 pages ($13.60) totals $84.82.

Some items are redacted per Section 610.021 (13) R.S.Mo. since they contain individually identifiable personnel records and Section 610.100.3 R.S.Mo. since they would disclose techniques, procedures or guidelines for law enforcement investigations.

Please send payment in the form of check or money order payable to St. Louis County for $84.82 to the address below my name and I will either send you the file electronically or by mail. It should be noted the costs for copying at $.10 per page will apply to both options since the material had to be printed.

Due to the massive amount of records requests, and the department's many other responsibilities, requests for records may take up to approximately 10 business days to process. Please do not call or email to check the status of your request until 14 business days after your request was submitted.
