Request for Records

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

Policies, procedures, and general orders governing the accountability, official use, control, and maintenance of mobile data terminals and associated software programs such as LE Web, mobile ticketing, FRQUERY, license plate recognition, etc. used by park ranger staff in the Parks Dept.

In addition, please provide any written and electronic communications regarding operating agreements, requests for access to law enforcement databases and requests for access to the government access network between Parks, and/or the St. Louis County Police Dept. and the REJIS Commission for the time period of January 1, 2021 to April 17, 2022. Please provide any signed agreements between Parks, Police, REJIS and the Missouri Highway Patrol relating to law enforcement database access for the time period of January 1, 2021 to April 17, 2022.

Lastly, please provide any email communications from Parks and/or Police directed to any Parks Dept. staff member(s) describing an anonymous reportee informing the CJIS Division of the Missouri State Highway Patrol that the St. Louis County Park Ranger Dept. was operating outside of allowed FBI guidelines in regard to ORI and CJIS access, ORI change, and GA system access.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
