Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
I request that you make available to me the following pay records spanning March 18, 2021 to March 18, 2022: (1) the names of all current and former park ranger employees that have worked "secondary work" or "contract work" at Parks Dept. events, (2) the hourly rate of pay earned for each event, (3) the total amount earned for each event, (3) the date of each event, (4) the name of the park the event took place, and (5) the name of the permit holder.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Sir,
The state law and county ordinance exceptions you cite do not pertain to "...the names, positions, salaries and lengths of service of officers and employees of public agencies once they are employed as such..."
As such, I am re-stating my Sunshine Request below and requesting you disclose the names of the government workers earning the pay indicated.

If the names were included, this would constitute personally identifiable personnel records, and as such would be closed pursuant to RSMo Section 610.021(13).
