Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Surveillance camera footage from the camera at the Mike Brown Memorial on Canfield Drive in the Canfield Green Apartments between August 10, 2014 and August 10 2015.

Please limit my request, if possible, to records that have been previously processed under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Any information regarding surveillance cameras and video would be closed records for the following reasons:

1. Closed pursuant to Section 610.100.3, R.S.Mo., because it contains information that is reasonably likely to pose a clear and present danger to the safety of any victim, witness, undercover officer, or other person; or jeopardize a criminal investigation, including records which would disclose the identity of a source wishing to remain confidential or a suspect not in custody; or which would disclose techniques, procedures or guidelines for law enforcement investigations or prosecutions.

2. Closed pursuant to Section 610.100.2, R.S.Mo., regarding any active investigations.
