To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
All non-sensitive documents from the personnel file of officer Joshua Lasley including records of training, performance evaluations and disciplinary acts.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
Per Section 610.021 (13) R.S.Mo., the following information is open:
Joshua Lasley, Police Officer, $23.20 per hour, Hire Date 05/06/2013
Other information requested is closed since it contains "Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings".
Due to the massive amount of records requests, and the department's many other responsibilities, requests for records may take up to approximately 10 business days to process. Please do not call or email to check the status of your request until 14 business days after your request was submitted.
