Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

The incident report and any other pertinent files which contain official notes or narratives on the shooting death of Tyler Gebhard in Lakeshire, MO on July 9th 2016.

This could include but is not limited to:
Police/Incident Report
Wittness interviews
Autopsy
etc.

If some of these records are unavailable because the case is still under investigation, please provide name and contact information for the detective or unit working the case. If the case is being investigated by an outside agency, please direct me to that agency. If the case is no longer under investigation, I request ALL pertinent investigation documents.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
