Contract & Deliverables from Rodgers Townsend re: Amazon HQ2

Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. All contracts and invoices between St. Louis Economic Development Partnership and Rodgers Townsend related to the submitted Amazon HQ2 RFP, from September 1, 2017 to the date this request is received.
2. Copies of any photography, raw video, or other imagery provided by Rodgers Townsend to the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership related to the submitted Amazon HQ2 RFP, from September 1, 2017 to the date this request is received.

If any part of this request is denied, please list specific exemptions upon which you rely for each denial. If any portions of the requested records are closed, please separate the closed portions and provide me with the nonexempt material.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
