From: R. M. Seibert
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
All police records, call logs, closed investigation files and/or reports generated since January 1, 2003 pertaining to any incidents that occurred at the Applied Scholastics International Spanish Lake estate, alternately known as being owned by Social Better Properties International, which is located at 11755 Riverview Drive, St. Louis, MO 63138.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to the widely reported global controversies related to the the non-standard curriculum based on Scientology education techniques being sold as a franchise from this location. Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Ms. R. M. Seibert
