The St. Louis Metro Police Twitter feed recently reported the creation of a "purr-menant" home at the North County Patrol for a stray cat named "Felony": https://twitter.com/SLMPD/status/922583329022492672

Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Records sent or received by Major John Hayden that contain the word "cat". Please limit this request to the period between October 1, 2017 - October 25, 2017.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
