Grace,

Per our Legal Division -

The City of St. Louis Police Division’s Information Technology (“IT”) Division has reviewed your request and determined that based on your request, additional clarification and refinement of your search is needed. At present, your requested search is too generic to process. Specific words and phrases in quotes that are logically strung together would be helpful, i.e., (“special threat assessment” or “suspicious activity”) and “civil unrest”. Additionally, you will need to include a date range with your request.
Thanks

Good afternoon,

Please limit the time frame of this request from September 15th, 2017 to November 1st, 2017. To better clarify the scope of my request please limit your search to department memos or after action reports that include the phrases "Anthony Lamar Smith", "protestors" or "mass arrests". Thank you for your help with this request.

Best,

Grace Raih
