Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

We are requesting the Red Light enforcement contract that was awarded to American Traffic Solutions (ATS) from 2012/2013, ATS's response letter to the bid, and the letter to ATS advising that the contract was cancelled for the city of St. Louis, MO.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

I am in receipt of your November 18, 2019 faxed above-referenced request to
the Department of Streets Division of Traffic as well as your November 20,
2019 faxed follow up correspondence with the same request but dated
November 15, 2019. Please be advised that a request dated November 15, 2019
was first and only received in your November 20, 2019 faxed correspondence.

Please be advised that contact has been made with the appropriate City
Departments to locate public records responsive to your request, if any.
