To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Jail commission reports detailing total commissions earned for all types of inmate calls from 1/1/2014 - 7/31/2015, including broken out commissions by specific call type for collect, prepaid, calling cards and video calls (when applicable). Additionally, I also request the most current/active inmate phone service provider contract.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Ziegler:

Thank you for following up. You were on my list of people to contact. I
apologize for not getting back to you sooner, but my office needed some
emergency repair work done and I've been temporarily relocated. We do have
responsive documents pursuant to your Sunshine Law request. There is a
labor cost of $17.85. As is our standard statutorily-allowed practice,
prepayment is required before providing you with the records. Upon receipt
of a check or money in the amount of $17.85 made payable to "City of St.
Louis," the documents will be emailed to you.

Sincerely,
