Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

The police reports in the following shooting deaths:

The March 19th homicide of Brandon Ellington
The May 24th homicide of Keyla Eberhart
The August 1st homicide of Cerone Baker.
The April 30th (2015) homicides of Korie Hodges and Keerica Bolden

Additionally,

The police report from a 2016 incident wherein St Louis resident Stedman Duncan was shot and injured at a funeral home, if you are able to locate this record without a location or date.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Per our Legal Division-

Regarding your request for a police report on a shooting incident involving Stedman Duncan, based on the information you provided, we were unable to find any responsive records.

Regarding your requests for the police reports of the homicides ofBrandon Ellington, Keyla Eberhart, Cerone Baker and Korie Hodges/Keerica Bolden, these are all active investigations. As a result, only the incident report is available.

The incident reports are available at a cost of $6.50 each (total of $26.00). If you are interested in receiving the incident reports, please send payment by check or money order, payable to the "City of St. Louis" in the amount of $26.00. Upon receipt of payment, the responsive records will be provided to you. Your request will be kept open for thirty (30) days pending payment. Thank you.
