MTC Driver Fee Collection

To Beth Dunham/Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Applicable records indicating the total sum of fees collected from individual drivers under the jurisdiction of the MTC because of a vehicle-for-hire code violation between 1/1/2014 - the date this request is processed.

If there are summary budget records presented at commission meetings, or another budget document that contains the collected sum of fees from as indicated above, those records are preferred and would be in satisfaction of my request vs individual violation summons records.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for your response. I will mail a check for the $25 deposit made out to the taxi commission this weekend. I would expect it to arrive at the MTC's offices early next week.
