Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any MTC policy or code documents outlining the process the MTC takes in investigating submitted formal complaints from drivers and customers/passengers.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Mr Ziegler,
The Metropolitan Taxicab commission does not have a written policy
regarding Drivers or customer complaints. All complaints are reviewed by
Director Klein who makes a determination as to the severity. If a summons
is written for a violation, then the procedures are outlined in the Vehicle
for Hire Code.
The Vehicle for Hire Code is found on the Website and we would be happy to
send you an electronic copy upon request.
