Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any annual reports outlining video camera use from the Directors of Operating Departments to the Executive Director of Operations submitted since 02/27/2016.

These documents are supposed to submitted on the first business day of each year as per a March 27, 2015 memorandum authored by Todd Waelterman on "City Video System Policies" (a copy of which is available online here: https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/1909498-city-camera-policy.html)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In a similar request from last year I received a copy of an Annual Report from the SLMPD (see here: https://cdn.muckrock.com/foia_files/2016/04/08/Annual_Camera_Report_Police_-_Final.pdf) -- have they not produced a similar report for 2017?
