Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:

Work orders, applications, memoranda, and any relevant communication between agencies pertaining to the outfitting of St. Cloud PD's MRAP using "prison labor," as reported in the Orlando Sentinel article, "Orlando police shopping for new $230,000 armored vehicle":

"St. Cloud Chief Pete Gauntlett said his department paid only a $2,000 transfer fee for a military Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle with about 11,000 miles on the odometer. The department used prison labor to outfit the vehicle so it could transport the SWAT team."
