Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
All records relating to Calls For Service, Police Dispatches, Crimes Reported, or Citizen Complaints involving, or concerning any address located on Bourbeuse Common, Weldon Spring, MO 63304, which occurred between the dates of 10/15/2016 and 10/15/2021.
Records should include, but not be limited to, incident date and time, street address, nature of the call/contact (description), and if permissible, names of any parties involved.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

The purpose of this e-mail is to acknowledge receipt of your request for public documents (Sunshine Law Request), dated October 15, 2021 and received by me (Custodian of Records) on October 18, 2021, for copies of our departments records relating to Calls For Service, Police Dispatches, Crimes Reported, or Citizen Complaints involving, or concerning any address located on Bourbeuse Common, Weldon Spring, MO 63304 10-15-16 to 10-15-21.
Pursuant to a voter approved amendment to the St. Charles County's Home Rule Charter, the St. Charles County Police Department began operations on January 1, 2015. The duties of the elected Sheriff were limited to those matters relating to the provisions of services necessary for the operations of the courts for which the county is responsible including but not limited to prisoner transport, civil process, bailiffs, court services and security and matters relating to jurors.
The St. Charles County Sheriff's Department did not receive nor respond to any complaints on Bourbeuse Common during the time period of your request and is not in possession of any records that are responsive to your request. You may consider contacting the St. Charles County Police and/or Emergency Communications Departments.
This e-mail will serve as a complete response to your request and as such this request is now considered closed.
