Be advised that my office only has the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney's Office's file regarding the Brady List, and those records are limited. To obtain further records concerning Officer Daniel Cole, you will need to submit a Public Records Request to the City of Spokane, since Officer Cole, at the time of the Brady incident, was an Officer with the City of Spokane Police Department.
