Currently due to workload and training, we reasonably anticipate having an installment/records available Friday, September 3, 2021. In the event, additional time is required to provide you with an installment/ records, you will be advised.
Be advised that my office only has the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney's Office's file regarding the Brady List, and those records are limited. To obtain further records concerning Officer Lonnie Tofsrud, you will need to submit a Public Records Request to the City of Spokane, since Officer Tofsrud, at the time of the Brady incident, was an Officer with the City of Spokane Police Department.
