The Spokane County Sheriff's Office contracts with Spokane Police Department for record storage and dissemination services of citations, police/incident reports, investigative case files/reports and CAD reports, and all attachments thereto, produced by the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office. Due to the number of persons with the name, if you can provide additional information, such as full names (middle initial) of involved parties or DOB we would be happy to investigate further. Also, are you looking for a particular timeframe or all records concerning the adult individual?

Please provide any such clarification within 30 days of today’s date, or by September 15, 2021. If no such clarification is received from you by that date your public records request will be considered abandoned and will be closed. Contingent upon receipt of clarification, we estimate we will be able provide a first installment of your request within 20 days from the date we receive clarification. If staff encounter a need to revise that estimate based upon your clarification, I will advise.
