In partial response to your request, you will find a copy of the latest Police Guild contract (OPR 2013-0864), located by City Clerk staff, available for your review by accessing your "My Request Center" account on the City's public records request portal (GovQA).  In addition, you will find a proposed contract (OPR 2020-0514) for your review, which was rejected by City Council.   In addition, you can view additional documents by visiting the City Clerk's Public Records Search tool on the City's website at the following link: https://publicdocs.spokanecity.org/cityclerkrecords/.  Once on this page, insert OPR 2013-0864 into the File Number field and hit the search button.  You will be able to view/print other associated documents filed under OPR 2013-0864.  You will follow the same steps to view additional documents filed under OPR 2020-0514.
Your request has also been forwarded to Human Resources staff for review and searching/compiling any responsive records.  In addition, City Clerk staff are checking to see if any remaining records may be located.
We reasonably anticipate requiring approximately 30 days, or until on or about September 28, 2020, to provide a next installment of records, if any.  We will follow up with you on or about that date regarding the status of your request.  If public records become available in advance of this estimate, we will let you know.  Conversely, if City staff encounters a need to extend our estimate, we will advise accordingly.
Sincerely,
Terri Pfister
City Clerk
